Thank you Karen! To Whom It May Concern: My family bought a home from Karen in South Brunswick, NJ. After looking on and off for four years. Karen took us to a house we thought we'd like to see, and it was the right house for us. She negotiated our offer with the owners, one located out of state at the time, to get an approval so that we could obtain it without the concern of other offers coming in and threatening our offer. We bought it immediately. She then made sure that the seller took care of all of the inspection requirements quickly so that we knew our transaction was moving ahead without any potential for failure, due to lack of communication. A while after moving in, we decided to get cable and realized the previous owners had not turned off their service. We emailed Karen and she promptly got hold of the listing agent to locate them in their out of state home, and it was remedied to our immediate satisfaction.
